3 Beginner Meditations. Know Thyself. Expanding High Sense Perception.

At the age of 19 I had a massive psychic awakening which resulted in a week of instruction and tuning by a relative of mine. This is when my third eye busted open and I had to integrate new dimensions to my consciousness. Previous I had learned self-hypnosis and practiced subtle energy cultivation and consciousness altering (trance inducing) techniques. I was instructed in how to expand my conscious awareness and use my high sense perception to perceive subtle energy and establish neural connections which would facilitate a loosening of my reality matrix.

The first three meditations recommended to me when I began activation 22 years ago.

1. This exercise helps you to really know thy body. It also assists in developing high sense perception.

Lie down comfortably in bed, close your eyes and shift your perception to where you think you are in your head, behind the eyes. Get into this place and then move your consciousness around your body. It may not appear or feel to be that your main point of consciousness is actually moving around, but as if you can bi-locate your consciousness. Visit different areas of your body. Feel them. Sense them. How do they feel? Your heart. Thymus. Muscles. Blood. Use no words.

2. This next exercise develops the high sense perception to be able to sense outside of the body.

Lie comfortably on your bed or the floor. Get centered on your conscious awareness of where you are in your body and then imagine your essence extending down into your bed or the floor. Use the same perceptual awareness as when you were in your body, feeling specific parts at a time, or expand the sense to encompass an entire feeling of your awareness of what lies beneath you.

3. This is a good exercise to practice shifting consciousness to embody more than your own body and it’s workings. It can help to energize and clear yourself and your sanctuary. It’s also good practice for developing high sense perception.

Imagine in your meditations a point of light at the very center of you. Visualize this spark of light very bright & white. Now grow it with your imagination. Imagine this light growing into a sphere. With each breath you draw in imagine it growing brighter, and with each exhale imagine it growing larger and larger. Grow this light to encompass your whole body. The room you’re in. Your home. The property. Imagine every detail clearly and make sure you are in the center of your visualization, not looking upon yourself within your mind. Feel the energy of this light encompass you and your space. Taste it. Breath it.

Notice what your mind’s eye (imagination, dreamtime) shows you during your meditation.

Did you feel it was very easy to fill yourself and the space around you with this light that you can breathe into existence? Was it soft or was it electric? Did it have a sound or vibration?

Did you have any problems growing the light? Were there dark spots or distortions? If so, just spend a little extra time deepening the breath and relaxing into the flow of light. It’s also perfectly ok to start over from the beginning if you’re having a problem during the expansion. More than once I had to start over.
